Have you seen Jennifer Aniston's hair? I think that works year round. It's not too hard to find pictures of her. She has warm golden-blonde hair. In fall, I think it's best to go towards dark blonde-light brown and in summer, a champagne color.

Or, if you really want to follow the trend, try a red color (if you're a natural blonde, go for a lighter red, like strawberry blonde) I have dark hair so I go for a more burgundy color.
