CHEERLEADING Hair Ideas??

Our cheerleading team is going to a MAJOR competition where looks count for a lot. Does anyone have any ideas on how we can style our hair? Whatever you guys think up it has to work for a lot of different thicknesses of hair!

CHEERLEADING Hair Ideas??

Most cheerleaders wear their hair up, so it doesn't get in their eyes when they're performing. I have a couple of ideas:

1.Start by putting your hair in a low ponytail. Reach underneath the ponytail and use your finger and thumb to make a hole in the middle of your hair above the elastic. With the other hand, twist the ponytail, grab it with your fingers that are making a hole and pull it through.

2.Make a mini ponytail. Gather a handful of hair from each side of your hair and combine with the first ponytail in the back of you head. Tie off. Gather the rest of you hair from each side and combine with hair from first and second ponytails. Tie off with an elastic.

3.Purchase or make headbands that have your school's colors and put them on after putting your hair in a high ponytail.

4. Brush hair on top of head and tie off with an elastic. Twist ponytail and tie into a knot around the elastic. (unwashed hair works best. Natural oils give it better hold). Insert bobby pins, pinning hair on scalp and in knot. Finger-comb sprout at top.

Yah u should put your hair in a high pony and make it wavy in the back with glitter. Lol good luck in the competition.

it would be cute to wear your hair in curls in a poneytail with your bow(just leave curlers in overnight

or wear it straight half up and half down with your bow

another good way is to wear it in a straight high poneytail with a poof and your bow

my friend is going to worlds competition soon.

its more your team than your looks. but doesnt mean you can look like trash right ? ( : use cheer magazines, they have great ideass. and lots of glitter! good luck on your competion!

Try to curl it then put it in a high ponytail or put it in a bun. You can also try to put it 2 braids

can your team have their down? in some of ours you are allowed to and others your cant. if you can have it down, do have up half down and all have matching bows. just make sure your bangs are back if you have any:) also choose something that you can tumble and stunt without it getting in the way. and make sure to practice with your hair and uniform so you can tell for sure!

Make (2) french braids. Then twist the two ends of the braids together to create a bun. This looks sooo cute. You can also add bows and glitter.

If you wanted to try something really different braid ribbon right into your hair (tie or clip ribbon in your hair before you braid and add the ribbon just like you would hair).
