Any ideas on hair products for super curly hair?

I have the most curly, course hair. I've used EVERY product out there. From loreal to frizz eaze..ive tried it all. Got any ideas on how to tame my mane?

I have the same problem. I've recently heard of Pink Lotion, I have yet to try it...but I'm going to do so soon.

Style products/tips:

1.NEVER ever ever ever do your hair dry. Curls can't be brushed through when they are dry, they get huge and poof out, plus it's hard to do.

2.Do it wet. Brush/comb (combs are better) it out. Put some gel or mousse in your hair, scrunch it with your hands...

3. Try pantene or Treseme for curls. One thing I found only at one store. It was Aussie for curls. They have two products like for curls, both gels, but only one works super good. It was in a rather small round squirt bottle.

4.Don't layer your hair, I made that mistake. It makes your hair look really funny and increases poof.

5.Experiment with different products until you find something that really works for your hair.

I have tried all of this and am still unsatisfied....my hair is soooo curly and thick! This helps me though, I hope it helps you too.

oh yeah, I wouldn't advise blow drying your hair....unfortunately it's best to let it air dry. And I wouldn't try straighting it either....

I absolutely love this gel called "Curls Up". I want to say it may be made by Redken. It's great. Gives me curls w/no frizz and still nice and soft.

omg use Bed Head Control freak it works great I love it and it smells awesome and get cat walk spray gell and pu tht on ur hands and rub it in ur hair when u dry ur hair

I was gonna say Frizz Eaze since that works really well for my ... boyfriend. Lol! You got me there, don't know. Try going to a professional stylist, they can give you advice on what products to use and tips.

Yes, I have very nappy hair. I have tried them all also. But I started using Tresemme a few years ago, it's the best stuff out there, they have there own line for curly hair.

biosilk works very well for me, but it is kind of pricey. Don't use a brush on it, just use your fingers to pick it out, and if you must blow dry, do it on low, with one of those things on the end. I also use FX curl booster gel. I buy it at wal mart, in a yellow bottle with a purple lid!

you could use anything in the "bedhead " or "catwalk" name brand

but also there is something from redken called "ringlet" and it works great even if u defuse ur hair

omg i know how you feel. i finally tried chemical straightening at a local salon and it didnt come out as well as expected but it definatly helped it lay a little lfatter. now i straighten my hair every time i wash it. it's work but a few hours of straightening beats going on forever with a disgusting mass of untame curls as an excuse for hair. lol. good luck with it
