Hair ideas?? Help, I have boring hair!!?

Ok so about 4 months ago I cut like 8 inches off of my hair, I'm 20, and I'm a very busy mommy so between not having time to do my hair and having it pulled all the time I decided to cut it off, I got an asemetrical cut and it's really cute, but the color is SOOO boring so I have to play with it everyday trying to style it so it looks good. I have bleached redish blonde hair, with some light blonde highlites, I can't decide if I want some dark in it or some more blonde, and I want it to be noticable, and fun, any ideas would be awsome. I have pretty fair skin, but I get really tan in the summer...any ideas what might work with my skin and what's already in the hair?

Depends... do you want to look cute, spunky, sporty or sophisticated?

Cute/sporty:

Die you hair blond, or any light color and pull it back into a cute, tiny pony. Toss in a couple of light blue hair clips or a cute headband (I prefer the hard structured kind) and you are good to go. They look cute and your hair is out of the way!

Sophisticated:

Give you hair some gentle highlights that match what ever color you have at the moment, then straighten it. Glossing sprays are also great for this look.

Spunky/cute/whatever-you-want-call-it:

Any color looks good with this one, but a natural red or brown looks exeptionaly nice. Curl you hair! Nothing looks more fun than a head full of happy curls... if you simply doesn't curl, use mouses and gloss sprays.
