Some short hair ideas?

ok i got my hair cut today and it came out shorter than i wanted it to.its about and inch and a half above my shoulders.My hair is very thick and curls up at the ends,the only way i can make it the way i want is stratening it but i dont think i can do that everyday because i will burn it right?please give some cute ideas on how to style it!

you could do two braids near the back. cut it shorter and spike it, or shave your head. The last one might be a bit to Brittany Spears for you

Great! I hope you like your new cut. First of all, no. Your hair will not get burnt if you straighten it for days and days. Just make sure you're using a ceramic straightener (real easy to find) which most of them are.

Definitely try to use some cute bobby pins. You can try to do some ponytails but... that probably won't work too well. Find cute barettes and hair decorations. Try getting clip on flowers.

I just bought a new product yesterday by John Freida. It is called 'Runway Straight' smoothing milk.

I tried it yesterday afternoon. (I have long hair and spiral curls naturally in some places, but wear my hair straight.)

I applied the gel and as the day went on, my hair got straighter. There are no chemicals in the gel. I wonder how they do that? The one I bought is for Brilliant Brunettes, but it's a clear gel and I suspect that the one for blonds, brunettes, and red heads is the same gel in different bottle. (just another selling ploy by the manufacturers)

Anyhoo, the product works very well. I did use my flat iron on my hair too, but it defrizzed and decurled my hair pretty well without one.

If you use this product to straighten your hair, then you can gel it or mousse it to really 'punk' out your short hair do really easily.

you can get clip on hair extensions or woven in that are wavey until your hair gets a little longer and you can do what you want with it.
