I need cute Hair ideas, any one?

My hair is short(JUST above my shoulders, and growing) All I do with it is straighten it and when I pull it in a ponytail, i look bald haha. I'm scared to curl my hair cause it would look like an afro, should I try it.? If any one has ANY ideas then please help. Oh and I've been told that I look like Vanessa Hudgens so use her for inspiration(and if you don't know how i look like). Oh and I have side bangs and I part my hair on the side, like Vanessa H.

hi.. okay i don't want my hair to look horrible tomorrow haha..

anyways i showered tonight, and my hair is thick and kinda wavy/curly...

it's pouffed right out at the moment because it's dry and such haha.. anyways, i've been tired lately so i usually sleep in and end up with only 15 minutes to do my hair in the mornings.. so what are some ideas?? i always wear it in a ponytail or headband, so preferrably something different..

it takes me about 40 minutes to straighten it, so that's kinda outa the question lol..

Quick hair ideas??

The quickest was is if you wake up earlier, even just by 15 more minutes.. take a shower in the morning, just enough to get it wet, then scrunch it. I use pantene scrunching gel, but about anything works. You can also comb it out later for a soft curly look.

Another way is if you take showers at night, don't dry your hair, and put it in a low ponytail.. when the pontail is almost tight, wrap it around your hair half-way like a bun, and it comes out curly.

Get a water sprayer and make it a little wet and then put Muse I'm not sure how you spell it but yeah put it on and then straighten your bangs if you have any and u are good to go!

French Braid, twist it up with a clip and leave side pieces down by front of face, regular braid or use clip to pull top and front of hair up off face and leave length long in back.

dampen it a little bit then braid 2-3 inch sections of your hair and go to sleep, you will have amazing waves in the morning.

Curling, crimping, sweeping it over, straightning, straightning then mousing up the top ( just a bit - it looks very natural), bouncy, scrunched, up in a pony tail, bun, half up half down, little bit of hair twisted up like all little worms!, a quiff, straight with a few curls on top, put in bun with a few bits down and curl the bits hanging down.... dont hesitate to comment me!

hi, i wud like some ideas for hair styles that i can use for skool. im sick of always just putting it in a simple almost bun. my hair is about 3 inches" longer then shoulder length, if that helps u. by the way, they can be done with anykind of accesories! - messy bun

- loose side braid

- straight

- side ponytail

- out with ponytail at top

- loose, scrunced curls

- clipped up bangs (not much anymore though)

You could pull the center back ,and use Bobbi pins, criss-crossed. You could spiral it with an iron, but just occasional spirals. You could part it on the side and leave it down. Just be casual.

From what I can remember (aka: when I wanted scene hair), there's a lot more stuff on wikihow about it, so you should check around. Lurk around in perfection groups to get ideas from the people in there no matter how ridiculous those groups are. c: They usually have pretty amazing hair.

I'll stop being lazy for a second to offer this, though. Thin out your eyebrows. Get them plucked, waxed, whatever. Just make them smaller. I can tell you right now that whatever hairstyle you get in the 'emo/scene' category, those brows will not work with it. The hair is supposed to be the main focus of your head, and you don't want stuff detracting from your awesome new 'do, right?
